离子液体双水相体系萃取分离染料溶液研究Research on Extraction and Separation Dye Solution of Aqueous Two-phase System of Ionic Liquid JI Yan-pei

摘要(Abstract):
建立了由亲水性离子液体Bmim Cl和K2HPO4形成的双水相体系萃取分离罗丹明B溶液的新方法。分析了盐的浓度、染料溶液的浓度、p H值、温度等因素对萃取率的影响。结果表明,离子液体为500μL,盐的加入量为6.0 g,溶液在酸性或中性条件下,Bmim Cl-K2HPO4双水相体系对70μg/ml罗丹明B溶液的萃取率能达到95%以上。除此之外,在相同条件下,该双水相体系对孔雀石绿溶液、亚甲基蓝溶液以及甲基橙溶液均有较好的萃取率和萃取容量。
