摘要(Abstract):
澳大利亚TAFE学院之所以能够培养出高质量的职业技术人才,与澳大利亚科学实施职业教育课程密不可分。TAFE学院职业教育课程的实施严格依据培养目标、TAFE培训包、课程目标和课程内容,遵循以能力为本位、以学员为本位和以行业为本位的原则,采取选定称职的教师、选用或编写科学的教学材料和确定合适的教学培训方式等步骤。
