PVP辅助EG溶剂热法制备BiOI微米球技术

摘要(Abstract):
以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为表面活性剂,采用乙二醇(EG)溶剂热法在120℃合成了碘氧化铋(BiOI)纳米片组装的微结构。分析了样品的形貌、晶体结构、晶体生长方向和紫外-可见吸收光谱特征,探讨了溶剂组成对BiOI形貌的影响。研究结果表明,所制备的BiOI微米球尺寸均匀,形貌结构丰富,且具有良好的结晶性;PVP的加入可以使晶体的形貌和生长方向得到有效调控。同时,由于晶体的尺寸显著降低,导致紫外-可见吸收光谱的吸收边发生蓝移。
