基于EMD分解的径流量预测模型Runoff Prediction Model Based on EMD

摘要(Abstract)：
径流量是一个非线性、不稳定的时间序列数据。分析了经验模态分解和Hilbert-Huang转换的计算方法,构建了多尺度的预测模型,并以黄河高村站547个月的径流量数据为资料,探讨了应用该模型进行径流量预测的方法。
